Return policy

Returns accepted as exchange, store credit or money back. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Report return to sales@truebalticamber.com with order number and purchase details Initiated report withing 7 days of receipt. Maximum 30 days time frame is allowed for all return process. Products damaged on receipt must be reported with visual proof. Do not dispose original packing, box or parcel. CN23 slip is important for our customs officers, it is used only for countries outside European Union.

Absolutely no walk-in return/replacement service will be accepted.

Buyer is responsible for all return charges, damages & losses while in transit.

Merchandise must be in its original packing and condition with green slip from Lithuanian customs. Never dispose original box or parcel with CN23 declaration form if you plan return. Without it return cannot be accepted unless you agree to cover import duties (VAT + import fee).

You will have to fill customs declaration form in your post office. Please state value not higher or lower then stated on CN23 declaration form. Parcel you received is in Lithuanian Litas (Lt) this must be converted to your local currency, ex 50Lt = 22$ (exchange rate 1$ = 2.3Lt).

After replacement or refund process is approved, merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent any losses or damage in transit. We advice you to register, insure parcel and ship via traceable means.

International declaration form must clearly indicate about "return to sender". In case you forget to do this, your parcel will be refused instructed customs officers to delivered mail back to sender.
