Reconstructed (pressed) Baltic amber (Succinite) – gemstone made of one Baltic amber stone or many pieces pressed in high temperature and under high pressure without additional components.
Below are random images borrowed from some marketplaces to display how pressed beads look like. Following pieces can be called mosaic beads, where those red (or any other patches) clearly indicate where beads burn join combine together under heat and presure leaving trace color. Solid single Baltic amber pieces are highly valued and are minority in whole amber range, pressed technology helps creating higher chunks of beads and lower cost.
